The Nexstep HR RoundTable on "HR Playing a Strategic Role", at Hotel Sheraton, Delhi had a great response - with senior HR managers from across industries - automotive, health-care, BPO, finance services, manufacturing, retail etc.

The speakers were interesting to listen to, and the participants made the sessions very lively with their probing questions!  The speaker sessions were followed by a RoundTable in which the "Strategic Role of HR" as discussed.
